Aakash prepares financial statements and monthly profit statements for corporate houses in various sectors such as CPG, textiles, food processing and automobile parts and acts as a link between banks and clients. He supervises the audit team of the firm and handles all the audit assignments carried by the firm. He has done his B.Com from reputed College St. Xaviers Kolata and MBA from Rotman school of business University of Toronto. He identifies key bottlenecks in the existing reporting systems and is the key person behind implementing an integrated ERP software; resulting in less errors and delivery of reports before schedule.

Rajat Preet Singh

He is a multidimensional professional engaged in comprehensive auditing and taxation, while also driving the growth and transformation of the group through full process automation. He prepares financial statements and monthly profit reports for corporate houses across diverse sectors including CPG, textiles, food processing, and automobile components, and serves as a crucial link between clients and banks. He leads the firm’s audit team and oversees all audit assignments. Additionally, he helps businesses automate their processes, enabling them to make measurable progress and grow to exponential heights.

Chaman Jain

Chaman is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is engaged in the Auditing & Taxation of Firm starting from Registration of the entities, Issues relating Intellectual property rights including Trademark etc. He is responsible for handling all tasks outsourced by Amazon India for the clients of Amazon India. He has led from fronting various assignments including the Compliance management & risk advisory services. He also takes care of Accounts & Finance Management, Statutory & Concurrent Audit of Banks and Stock Audit of Banks.

Kanika Mittal

Mrs Kanika Mittal is engaged in the Compliance Management of SMEs starting from Registration of the entities, Issues relating Intellectual property rights including Trademark etc. She leads the team responsible for conducting internal audits of the clients. She has wide Experience in fields of Statutory Audits, Stock Audits, Revenue audits and many other audits for the banks. Conducting unit inspections
and risk mitigation services via preparing due diligence reports for the banks has been her forte. She takes care of all the outsourced activities related to physical inspection or audit of the inventories stored at factory premises, warehouses, showrooms, stores and other premises of the enterprises.

Mr. Bharat Bhushan Sharma is a Fellow Chartered Accountant. He has passed Certificate Course on Concurrent Course of Banks organized by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition to that he is also perusing DISA course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India New Delhi
Mr. Sharma retired from Hero Cycles Ltd. Ludhiana as Associate Vice President (Internal Audit & Costing) in October 2013.He has long and rich experience of 47 years in accounts, finance, taxation, costing accounting and SAP implementation.He worked as consultant in Hero Eco tech Limited,] Ludhiana from 2014 to 2020 and successfully implemented FI_CO Module. By implementation of module the company could effectively control inventory, purchase, rework, wastage and scrap and overtime and consumables etc. from 2020 till date he is in practice.

HR and Admin

Mrs Neena plays a pivotal role in handling the Human Resources and Administration of KSA. She has vast experience in handling the recruitment for the companies and is responsible for recruitments in the firm. She maintains the accounts and balances of the firm. She takes care of the accounts reconciliations, payments of vendors and salaries of the team working with KSA.

Kanupriya

IT and CR Manager

Kanupriya is a dynamic personality who has earlier handled the software operations of a MNC who was into logistic business. She had proved her worth in the organization in no time and had risen up the corporate ladder. Kanupriya at KSA is heading the IT and Customer Support team, taking care of all the technology related requirements and client dealing in the firm. She understands the need for long term goals and working progressively towards it.
